This website provides a high-level institutional presentation of TAA SECO and its related components under structured development.
Corporate and project identification
TAA SECO is the public platform and master brand for the Project.
TAA and TPV are presented as distinct inventions. SECO is a public security-identification code derived from the TAA framework. AOM is an affiliation and mission-verification service enabled by the TAA/SECO infrastructure. TAA-TPV refers to the combined protection framework and does not merge the two inventions into a single invention.
Divitia Holding Ltd currently acts as the transitional structuring and incubation vehicle for the Project. It is a private limited company registered in England & Wales under Company No. 16990023.
Registered office: Office 16661, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
Divitia Holding Ltd is not presented on this website as the permanent holding company, definitive SPV or long-term operating company of the Project. The planned dedicated international project SPV is intended to be legally distinct when established.
