Governance & structure

Defined roles. Separate mandates. Progressive corporate architecture.

The TAA SECO Project separates technology leadership, strategic management and corporate structuring so institutional partners can understand accountability without confusing project functions with corporate mandates. TAA and TPV remain distinct inventions; SECO is a public security-identification code derived from TAA; AOM is a service enabled by the TAA/SECO infrastructure; and TAA-TPV refers only to the combined protection framework.

Project leadership

Technology and strategy are led through distinct project functions.

Public titles reflect the project governance agreed for the transitional phase. They do not, by themselves, create corporate appointments in Divitia Holding Ltd or in any future project entity.
