Privacy notice
This public website is designed to collect as little personal information as reasonably possible while still allowing institutional, commercial, legal, security and post-compromise enquiries to be handled responsibly.
Current project-side operator
The project-side entity currently operating and structuring these public channels is Divitia Holding Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales under Company No. 16990023. The wider transitional project structure is described on the Governance & Structure page.

Technical website data
Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, request timing, request path and security events in order to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site. The public website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages.
Institutional enquiry form and email channels
If you use the guided enquiry form, the information you submit can include your name, organization, role or title, work email, telephone number, country, enquiry type and message. The form creates an internal enquiry record and may create or update related contact and prospect records in the controlled TAA SECO workspace so the request can be triaged and followed up.
The enquiry backend uses Supabase for database and application services. Where configured, Resend is used to send an automatic receipt acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Messages sent directly to TAA SECO email channels may contain equivalent information supplied by the sender.
Why the information is used
Information submitted through public channels is used to receive and respond to enquiries, route them to the appropriate project function, manage institutional or commercial follow-up, maintain security and audit records, prevent abuse of public forms and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Where UK data-protection law applies, the relevant basis may include steps taken at your request before entering into a relationship, legitimate interests in responding to and managing professional enquiries, and legal obligations where applicable.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare, Supabase and Resend may process limited information on behalf of the project in order to provide hosting, security, database, application or email-delivery services. Processing may take place in more than one jurisdiction subject to the providers’ contractual and legal safeguards. TAA SECO does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry, relationship, security or audit purpose and any applicable legal obligations. Retention decisions take account of whether an enquiry remains active, whether follow-up or a contractual relationship continues, whether security evidence must be preserved and whether legal or regulatory retention requirements apply.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing concerned, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability or objection. You may also have the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority. Requests should be sent to contact@taaseco.com with enough information to identify the relevant interaction.
Analytics and marketing
The public site does not intentionally deploy TAA SECO-controlled behavioural advertising or marketing-tracking services. Additional analytics or marketing services will only be introduced with appropriate disclosure and controls where required.
Security and confidentiality
Do not submit confidential technical information, credentials, financial account data, patent-sensitive material, incident evidence, legally privileged material or security-sensitive information through public website channels unless a dedicated secure process has been expressly provided.
Responsible security reports should use security@taaseco.com. Post-compromise protection discussions are a separate institutional route and can use the guided post-compromise enquiry or contact@taaseco.com.

This notice may be updated as the platform, hosting, project structure or institutional services evolve. The version published on this page is the current public notice.
